Sydney Mobile Mechanic offers mobile automotive repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to car servicing, battery replacement, logbook servicing, and roadside assistance (the "Services"). Registration and Account

To access certain features of the Site or to book our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of your account information. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our Site are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. Full payment for Services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, debit cards, and credit cards.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without incurring any charges. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service time or fail to be present at the service location, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for Services are granted on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. In accordance with the terms of use for Sydney Mobile Mechanic, the liability for purchased parts lies solely with the customer. In the event of a miscommunication or cancellation, the customer shall be responsible for a service fee to cover the costs associated with the return, handling, and restocking of the purchased parts. Sydney Mobile Mechanic endeavors to provide accurate and timely information to its customers; however, customers are ultimately responsible for ensuring the correct parts are ordered and delivered. By using our services, customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and accept any related fees in case of miscommunication or cancellation.

Warranty

Sydney Mobile Mechanic provides a limited warranty for our Services, covering parts and labor for a specified period as detailed in your service invoice. This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Any unauthorized repairs or modifications to the work performed by us may void the warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sydney Mobile Mechanic and its employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use of our Site or Services.
